But it hasn't, really. During the presidential review period, which can take up to two months, Motorola can still import its devices at a rate of $0.33 per device. That also gives them time to engineer out the offending issue, if possible.

Afterwards, Microsoft has stated they just want to license the patent, similar to what they've done with other companies. See here.

I wouldn't say "undisputed" - while it is probably best when it comes to radios and stock battery life, the Galaxy Nexus has a much better screen as well as NFC, two things the RAZR will never be able to get via updates.

Now, when the RAZR HD is released, however...

When I'm downloading an app on my tablet, I want to know if there's a tablet UI to it. Many apps don't, and I wish the Store just had a little green check mark if it has a tablet-optimized UI. Maybe a section dedicated to those apps with a tablet UI.

The bigger problem for me is that since my Verizon Galaxy Nexus has a habit of random reboots, using it as an alarm clock is very unreliable. I woke up many times with the phone just sitting at the de-encrypt screen because the phone had rebooted in the night, and eventually I did a reset just because of that.

It really depends on the region. In New Jersey, for example, it's very hard to find a house below $150,000 that's not in an area or condition that will get you killed.

Not tilting - tiling. I'm referring to when a web page loads in "tiles" so when you scroll down a web page you'll see large white squares that have to load.

The problem isn't that Google disabled Flash in Chrome for Android, but rather that Adobe hasn't developed a version that works with it. What's worse is that they've said they won't be releasing any more versions of mobile Flash, so right now the stock Android browser is our only option (until the next version of Android, at which point we may have none).

The beach scene with the Waitress and Charlie is just north of Wonderland Pier, right off the boardwalk. The quick boardwalk shot was between 10th and 11th street, near Castaway Cove.

As far as I can tell, the beach scene with all the stray dogs was not filmed in Ocean City - it didn't look familiar at all. I wouldn't be surprised if that was an enclosed set due to all the dogs they were dealing with.

The Jersey Shore episode was not just at Castaway Cove, it was down a little bit of ways on the OC boardwalk as well. My wife and I go there quite often, so it was cool seeing the background of a place we know on the show.
