They are already pre-wired I just had to connect them to the power supply

Good eye! The power supply I have is only temporary because I'm waiting on the one I got off intel's retail edge program to come in later this month. The reason the 24 pin connector is coming out on that far hole is because it won't twist in position if it comes through the closer hole. Overall I'm not too pleased with the length of the cables with my PSU, but since I plan on returning it decided not to spend anymore time on it.

I don't think the outside of the bags are, just the inside. It might be better to set it on top of the box in came in.

First off your system looks amazing! I think I might stretch the budget a bit to get a small ssd, it sounds like it will be worth it. I can get a GeForce GTX 550 ti for $165, would that be better than my current set up?
