Both are classics in my opinion. The Cool is the best concept for an album I've ever seen though. Although, I would give Food and Liqour the edge. At least one of these should be on that list, Lupe has shown shown uniqe lyrics and has changed Hip-Hop greatly.

I am a massive fan of Lupe, I'm sad to see he won't be making anymore mixtapes. His mixtapes are just as good, if not better than his albums. At least Food and Liqour II is out soon.
