In college I have been told that having regrets after drunk sex can be considered rape, even if it was consensual beforehand.

You know how things happen in the heat of the moment: if a girl is into you and you are into her, and you both want sex but are drunk, chances are you not going to hold yourself back.

I would like to know what /r/mensrights feels about this position. As a guy, it really scares me that at my school a girl can have regrets after a one night stand with me and get me potentially investigated.

I would always study my ass off but bomb my exams. I could solve anything given enough time, and would always get my homework problems right, but when under pressure in an 80 minute exam setting I would crack. It was so frustrating.
