Even if this may be a joke, a hurricane is still a hurricane. The hurricane, however weak it may be, is still hitting the northeast, which is unprepared for such a shitfest of rain. It is also hitting places like NYC, which is the most populous city in the United States. But i do agree that they are overplaying it up there.
